Returns Policy

All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our items, Crossbuck does not offer any Exchanges, Returns, or Refunds of any kind. We are not responsible for any shipments returned to our facility; nor 
for weather or other external factors outside of our control that may impact your order.

Please ensure your order and shipping details are correct when submitting your order. This information is available on the order confirmation email sent to the email address you provided on your order.

if there was an error in the creation of your order, please Contact Us with your order number and details with the nature of the error. We will respond within 24 hours (business days only) with further instructions.

For items that were damaged in transit and/or arrive spoiled, please Contact Us with your order number and photos and details of the damage/spoilage. We will respond with an appropriate solution within 24 hours (business days only).

All inquiries are handle on a case-by-case basis.


Shipping

Crossbuck BBQ ships its meats and side dishes fully cooked, in vacuum sealed packages, packed in insulated coolers with ice packs. The items should be partially frozen to refrigerator cold when it is delivered. The products need to go into either the fridge to thaw for consumption within 7 days or into the freezer for up to 9 months. Reheating instructions for all meats and side dishes should be included in each shipment and are available on our website.

We ship only on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of the week. Shipping rates are calculated per geographic region. Ground shipping is an estimated delivery date - excluding weekends. All orders are shipped will be delivered to the recipient address with no signature required. Packages can be left at any exterior door.

Crossbuck BBQ is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please double check addresses.

Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances can cause shipments to be delayed. Crossbuck BBQ is not responsible for shipment delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions but our team will do our best to not ship into areas where weather may cause a delay.

For gift shipments, please double check the recipient's address and make sure the recipient is available for delivery.

We will only ship to actual street addresses. Shipments will not be made to P.O. boxes.

We only ship via ground to locations in the continental United States. Hawaii and Alaska must use expedited, next day delivery.
